Pastor Doug and his family served for 8 years as International Mission Board Missionaries and pastoring various churches. He is passionate about fostering a culture were believers will strive to challenge each other to courageous lives for God's Kingdom. In his mind a healthy church is one that has a clear mission strategy and the believers are striving to live holy lives pleasing to God.
He has had several articles published including two in Beth Moore's devotional series called "Voices of the Faithful." volume two.
Pastor Doug has six children and is married to DeAnn. He likes golf, fishing, hiking, softball, tennis and playing with his kids.
Graduate from The Southern Baptist Seminary, Louisville, KY. and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Preston has been serving in music ministry for over 15 years. He has served as worship pastor in churches in East Tennessee and North Carolina. He has also spent many years traveling and singing in music evangelism along with his experience in the local church. Preston has been privileged to be a part of various events such as Real Evangelism, the East Coast Men’s Conference, the Living Christmas Tree, the Upper East Tennessee Christmas Production, along with singing in churches all across the country and in countries around the world.
Preston is married to Kellie and they have three daughters- Morgan, Lexie, and Elizabeth.
Preston studied vocal performance at Pellissippi State and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has a degree in Pastoral Ministry from Trinity College and Seminary in Indiana.

Ben and his wife Robin led a growing group of young adults that are increasing in truth and friendships. Ben has a passion for discipleship and seeing young adults be sucessful in their spiritual and everday lives for the glory of God.

Jimmy relocated to East Tennessee from his birthplace of rural Mississippi in 2007. He joined the staff at EHBC in June 2016 after he and his wife (Shandra), along with their three children (Lexie, Abbey, and Kaleb), returned stateside after serving with OMF International for the past few years as members of a cross-cultural church plant team in the impoverished, remote areas of Southeast Asia.
Jimmy is passionate about sharing the Gospel and helping our next generation to develop a personal relationship with Jesus . His desire is to see students reach a level of spiritual maturity where they are unafraid to boldly live out and share their faith while seeking to change their world by fulfilling the Great Commission ~ Matthew 28:18-20.
Director of Middle School Ministries
Tyler came to Tennessee in 2006 as a student at Carson-Newman college, from his hometown in Western North Carolina. Tyler worked on staff at Lifeway Centri-kid Camps and has played an active role in Everett Hills Baptist Church's youth department before acccepting the postition of Director of Middle School Ministries. He has a passion for mentoring young believers to become stronger in the foundation of their faith. Tyler and his wife Kristie live in Blount County with their little girl McKenzie.
Director of Children's Ministries
Jesse is originally from Maryville. Tennessee. A graduate of Maryville Christian School and attended Lee University in 2010. He was honored to be part of an intensive internship at Free Chapel Worship Center in Gainesville, Georgia with Pastor Jentezen Franklin. There he trained and worked for Family Ministries ranging from first grade to young adults. Jesse grew up in a Christian home with both parents as ministers and at a young age felt the call to ministry. He has worked with children for most of his ministry experience of 13 years.
His passion is kids! Because personally that was the most impactful ministry that effected him growing up. He loves seeing their face light up when they hear stories of Christ as well as seeing young people come to Christ.
Jesse is driven by the idea of equipping parents for the journey of teaching their kids how to follow Christ. He believes spiritual formation is not only done at Everett Hills but also in the home during the week. With our hectic schedules it can be the most difficult, challenging and rewarding thing we will ever do. He is devoted to their spiritual formation.

Jim has ministered at Everett Hills for many years by keeping our facilities clean and working at an optimal level. The little things he does may go unnoticed to some but God sees everything that he does to keep our facilities clean and inviting.
Jim and his wife Linda are avid Harley Davidson riders.
